Medication-based treatment is significantly more efficient when it is combined with psychosocial counselling. Therefore, our patients are provided with a possibility to regularly consult case managers (social workers) and psychologists.

Case management is an individualized approach, when a trained specialist regularly consults the patient and helps to solve various social and integration-related issues as well as provides counselling. Continuous communication with a specialist helps to increase the patient’s motivation to get better and take better care of her physical and mental health, rebuild social connections, get employed and feel a fully pledged member of society.

This service is a part of the Opioid Maintenance Treatment package and is provided free of charge.
